EULA - End User License Agreement

Bokai Software Application End-User License Agreement

Bokai Software is copyrighted and licensed to you under this agreement, not sold to you. By accessing, installing, obtaining a license key to, or otherwise using the software, you acknowledge that you understand it, and that you accept and agree to be bound by its terms.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Each official license of the software allows you to use the software on one computer. You may not resell or transfer the software license key to another party without prior written consent from Bokai Corporation.

The trial versions of the software may be used for evaluation purposes up to the expiry date of the software.

2. LIMITED WARRANTY

Bokai warrants that it owns the intellectual properties underlying its software and has properly licensed and acknowledged any third party intellectual properties when they are a part of its software.

Bokai Corporation makes no other warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Bokai Corporation does not guarantee the accuracy of its published information. In no event shall Bokai Corporation, its suppliers, distributors or resellers be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost profits, even if Bokai Corporation has been advised of the possibility of the same.
